How to get Ballistazooka
- Reach Gate of Mammon.
- Enter Sentry's Grave.
- Defeat the Subjugated Guardian. Confirm the Ballistazooka is in inventory before you leave — missed miniboss rewards are a common Guns. Lots of Guns miss.
When to use it
- Single heavy bolt. Worse for Fragile stacking than the Repeater, better for one distant plate or a large target.

- If the achievement did not pop, recheck this miniboss reward before assuming a late Mammon gun is the gap.
