Mortal Shell 2 Lazlo Location Guide
Quick answer: From Outskirts of Mammon go west to High Lord's Courtyard, fight or kite Vellen, then inhabit Lazlo in the last chamber. Retribution shockwaves cost his armor if you spam them.

Combat identity: Retribution creates a shockwave. Using it in quick succession adds a flaming shockwave but removes Lazlo's armor, which is a flat 10% damage reduction. Pick your windows.
Lazlo unlock steps
- From the Outskirts of Mammon Beacon, push west through armored knights toward High Lord's Courtyard.
- Enter the keep. Side sarcophagi are loot; the prize is ahead.
- Defeat Vellen, High Lord of Mammon. You can try to let other enemies aggro him.
- Inspect the last chamber for Lazlo's corpse and finish the memory.
Before you leave
- Mammon enemies are a gear check. Do this after Fainweald gates unless you are already comfortable.
- One player reported a Monolith crash on Lazlo; swap Shells if that fight hard-crashes.
