Mortal Shell 2 How to Heal

Quick answer: Your flask is Mether's Pulse — default R on PC, D-pad Up on Xbox. Resting at a Beacon refills Pulse charges and restores Resolve, but also respawns enemies. Weltcap mushrooms are the on-the-ground heal. Glands add charges; Vessels make each charge heal more.

MethodWhat it restoresCost
Mether's PulseA chunk of HPOne charge. Refills at a Beacon.

WeltcapsSome HP when eatenConsumable mushrooms found in the world.
Leech TarstonesHP on kill once stackedNeeds the right Combat stone, e.g. Parasitic or Unwieldy.

There is no Estus-style infinite chug. If Pulse is empty and you are far from a Beacon, Weltcaps and kill-heals are the backup. Do not sit at a Beacon in the middle of a dungeon you were clearing unless you want the trash back.
