Quick answer: The Ritualist is the first named fight. Exploding minions are more dangerous than the caster. Dodge anything that charges you, then punish the Ritualist only while it is not summoning.

Location and route
Boss location: Prologue sunken arena past Village Outskirts Beacon.
From Village Outskirts, keep moving beyond the bridges and cliff walls until you can drop into the first boss pit. Impossible to miss on a normal prologue run.
