Mortal Shell 2 Fast Travel — Mether's Breath
Quick answer: Fast travel is Mether's Breath. Siphon Ova at the globe in Marrow Keep until the option appears, then pick Mether's Breath at any Beacon. Game8 says the unlock is 6 Ova. You already start the open world with 3, so a few Beacon cleanses are the missing piece — not a hidden item.

Unlock it
- Finish the prologue. RPS reports you enter the open world holding 3 Ova (1 from the prologue, 2 already recovered by Marrow Keep disciples).
- Cleanse Beacons in Fainweald. Each cleanse pays at least 1 Ova.
- Return to Marrow Keep. Go to the multi-tier room with the globe-like Ovum Siphon.
- Siphon the Ova you are carrying. When the threshold is met, Mether's Breath unlocks.
If the option is missing, you have not siphoned enough yet. Keep cleansing nearby Beacons (Widow's Overlook is already done; Stonebled Gate, Mushroom Village, and Blackridge Pass are the usual next three) and return to the globe.
How to use it
Walk up to any tagged Beacon and choose Mether's Breath. You travel to other discovered Beacons. You do not teleport to a Beacon you have never touched.
- A Beacon that looks blacker than the others is discovered but not cleansed. That is the 45/46 trap on So Fresh, So Clean.
- A ??? entry means you have not found that Beacon yet.
- Siphon extra Ova at the Keep when you pass through. Story progress still wants a large Ova total later; fast travel is only the first siphon unlock.
