Sanguine route
- Play the Sanguine Caverns Corrupted Gate. 100% Guides: Mether's Flesh is in that gate.
- From Sanguine Shoreline, backtrack through the short cave, then the bridged enemy stretch.
- GameRant: wait for the relevant enemies to explode, then attack the stalactites behind them.
- Follow the opened path / item prompt until you can interact and receive the Mango. Ascension should unlock on pickup.
TheGamer describes the Mango as a 50% HP consumable and places a Mango in Gloomshade Grove. That does not match the Sanguine Flesh chain used by GameRant and 100% Guides. If Sanguine does not yield it, check Gloomshade before Send Ova rather than assuming a second official spawn.
