Quick answer: Take the stairs southwest of Castigator's Keep Beacon and ride the elevator down. Break the illusory wall on the right for ~700 extra Coins, loot the 750 Coins inside the shack, take the Laterite from the fireplace to trigger the Foul Knight fight, and defeat it for a large Gloom reward. Despite community rumors, there are no hidden sound puzzles or secret bosses.

Complete route

  1. Travel to Castigator's Keep Beacon in the Outskirts of Mammon.
  2. Head southwest past the central courtyard and look for a set of stairs descending into the stone ground.
  3. Pull the lever to call the elevator, then ride it down into the underground canyon.
  4. Defeat the shielded brigands and minions guarding outside the wooden shack.
  5. Before opening the shack door, inspect the right canyon wall: hit the white-marked illusory wall to reveal ~700 bonus Coins.
  6. Smash the wooden door to enter the fireplace room. Grab the 500-Coin pouch on the caged box to the left and 250 Coins behind it (750 Coins total).
  7. Approach the kneeling figure by the fireplace and pick up the glowing Laterite upgrade ore.
  8. The figure transforms into a hostile Foul Knight (long neck and tentacle arms). Defeat it to earn a large Gloom payout and complete the dungeon.
